  Imagine a school where the warmth of community emanates from its very walls. That school is Woodlands School. This small school, though modest in size, is grand in its commitment to fostering respect among its students, staff, and community members. I Love To Read Month

I Love to Read month is an opportunity in our school to reinforce the importance of, and the inherent joy that comes with reading. Being able to “read to learn” is the ultimate goal of early-years education. As a school we used this month to involve our students in fun and engaging activities that promoted literacy. Farewell to the old Woodlands School building

The old Woodlands School building, built in 1975, is being torn down.  Demolition is happening quickly, and we anticipate the majority of the structure will be removed by the end of March. Now the question is…..what can we do with this new found space? A walking trail? More play-structures? A nature playground? Additional green space? Trees?
